Bourbon & Orange Smash

1.In a large pitcher, using a wooden spoon, mash the orange zest with the sugar and bitters
- zest of 1 orange, peeled into strips and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar (preferably superfine)
- 1 tablespoon bitters
- 3 cups fresh orange juice
- 3 cups club soda
- 1 1/2 cups bourbon (12 ounces)
Rolled Lasagna

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 12-ounce can crushed tomatoes

- 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 3/4 cup sour cream

- Chocolate Ganache Frosting:
- 1 pound semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- pinch kosher salt
- Vanilla Frosting:
- 2 cups (4 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 pound confectioners’ sugar (about 3 3/4 cups), sifted
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

- Lemon Frosting:
- Same as vanilla, except omit the vanilla extract & add
