Roy's Oven Roasted Clams with Hawaiian Chili Water and Butter

Simple Buffalo Chicken Skewers with Blue Cheese Dressing

- Blue Cheese Dressing:
- Each celery ribs
- 1 ⁄2 Cup mayonnaise
- 1 ⁄4 Cup sour cream
- 1 Teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 Dash worchestershire sauce
- 2 Ounce blue cheese crumbles (about 1/2 cup)

- 2 Pound chicken breast tenders

- 4 Tablespoon hot sauce such as Frank's or Goya

- 1/2 cup agave nectar

Blue Burger with Zucchini Parmesan Wedges

Mix together 4 ounces lean ground beef and 2 tablespoons blue cheese; form into a patty
- 4 oz. lean ground beef
- 2 Tbs. blue cheese
- 1 whole-grain sandwich thin
- 2 romaine lettuce leaves

- 1 1/2 cups cooked black beans (cooked from dry; or canned, drained)
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh; frozen; or canned, drained)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground sage
- 1/4 tsp. salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce (optional)
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro

- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
