Orange Salad

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups hot water
- 1 small pkg. lemon Jello
- 1 small pkg. orange Jello
- miniature marshmallows
- 2 bananas1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 Tbs. flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1 small pkg. Dream Whip
Orange Sherbert Salad

Dissolve Jello in water. Dissolve sherbert
- 2 small pkg. orange Jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 pint orange sherbert
- 1 small can of mandarin oranges, drained and cut in half
- 1 small can pineapple slices (cut up)
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows

- 2 large peppers - chopped
- 2 large onions - chopped
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 - 7 oz. package vermicelli
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 2 Tbs. worchestershire
- 1 box velveeta - 1 lb.
- 1 can tiny green peas
- 1 large can mushroom stems & pieces

- 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 2 Tbs. chili powder
- 1-1/2 cup water
- Sour cream
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips or corn bread

Three Bean Salad

Rinse and drain kidney beans
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can yellow wax beans
- 2 medium green peppers
- 2 medium onions
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper

- 4 chicken breasts
- 3-4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream corn
- 4 thick slices ham (optional)
- Pork or roast (optional)
- Tobasco to taste
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (to taste)
