- 1/4 cup fresh ginger, minced
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 4 whole eggs, lightly beaten
- DRY INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 3/4 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup arrowroot flour
- 1/3 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 almond meal

- 2/3 cup virgin olive oil (not extra virgin olive oil)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2/3 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder or freshly chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp xantham gum (thickening agent, pick the lactose free one)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 medium zucchini, grated
- 3 tbsp chopped ham
- 2 tbsp chopped semi-dried or sun-dried tomatoes
