Arrange 7 1/2 graham cracker sheets in bottom of 13 x 9 baking dish, coated with Pam
- 1 box 14 OZ Low Fat Honey Graham Crackers Divided
- 3 cups Fat Free Milk
- 2 3.4 pkgs Fat free vanilla instant pudding mix 1 8 oz Tub Cool Whip Thawed
- 1 8 oz Tub Fat free cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Fat free milk
- 2 Tbsp. Stick margarine or butter softened
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 oz Unsweetened chocolate squares melted 1 1/2 Cups Sifted Powdered sugar
Lasagna - Granny's Best

Partially cook lasagna noodles with a tsp salt and a splash of olive oil, drain and set aside
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 16 oz. tomato sauce
- 16 oz. tomato paste
- 16 oz. tomatoes, whole
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp each parsley, basil, oregano,
- 1 tsp each salt, pepper
- 1/4 tsp baking soda or 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 2 lbs Ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp basil
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb sliced mozzarella cheese, or 3 cups or so shredded
- 1 box Lasagna noodles, 12 long noodles
Pumpkin-White Chocolate soft cookies

Using electric mixter, beat 1 cup butter (or coconut oil) with 2 cups sugar until fluffy
- 1 cup butter (or coconut oil)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup canned pure pumpkin (not pie filling)

- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda

- 1 tsp honey or agave nectar

- 2 limes (one for marinade, one for serving)
- 2 (15 oz.) cans low sodium black beans
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and membranes removed, small diced
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
- 1/2 small red onion, small diced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 bunch cilantro, roughly chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice, or more if you want more rice for your bowl

- 1 cup Evaporated milk
- 1 cup Sugar

- 1 pkg Butter flavored yellow cake mix
- 1 cup chopped pecans

- Whipped cream (optional)
