Diatetic Peach Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

On occasion I have increased by one-half the amt of peaches and cream cheese/Splenda/Vanilla mixture
- 1 pkg dry cake mix-white, yellow or french vanilla
- 1/3 c butter, room temperature
- 2 lg. eggs - divided
- 1 29 oz can peaches in juice (not syrup) - drained
- 8 oz cream cheese - room temperature
- 1/3 cup sugar (or 8 packs of Splenda)
- 1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
Punch Bowl Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 Yellow cake mix
- 2 3/4 oz pkgs Instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cups Milk
- 1 20 oz Can Strawberry or cherry pie filling
- 1 20 oz Can Crushed pineapple with juice
- Cool White (1 large & 1 small containers)
- Berries for garnishment
- Eggs & Oil to fix cake mix pkg directions

- 1 6 oz can frozen lemon juice concentrate
