  • Steaks
  • 2 lbs extra lean ground beef
  • 1/4 t sea salt
  • 1/2 t ground black pepper
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 2 T water
  • Gravy
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c sliced mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 t dried thyme
  • 3 T whole wheat flour (add more for a thicker gravy-cocnut flour for low carb)
  • 3 c low sodium beef broth
  • 1/4 t ground black pepper
