  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Heat the Tbs. of oil in a large skillet over medium-high

  • 1 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 (14 oz) package Hillshire Farm smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 large red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 (18 oz) tube pre-made polenta (flavor is your choice), cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 2 cups parsley leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
