Quick Sausage & Shrimp Jambalaya

1. CUT sausage into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 (14oz) package Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 pound large raw shrimp
- 6 cups hot cooked long rained white rice
Brussels Sprouts - Cast Iron Blistered

Heat a 12 inch cast iron skillet over medium high heat 5 minutes
- 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts
- 3 Tb. Canola Oil
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 Tb. Honey
- 1 Tb. Tbsp. hot water
- 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1.4 tsp. Dried Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/2 cup Torn fresh mint leaves
Sausage & Egg Potato Tots Strata

Cut Recipe in half for just the two of us!!!
- 2 pounds breakfast sausage
- 1 (30-32 ounces) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
Cubed Steaks with Mustard Sauce

- 4 cube steaks (about 1 lb total weight) 2 Shallots - finely chopped
- 1/3 cup White wine
- 1/2 cup Whipping cream or half & half
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Shrimply Delicious Shrimp Salad

In a large bowl, gently toss shrimp, celery, carrot, onion, eggs and mayonnaise
- 1 lb. large peeled & deveined cooked shrimp (cut in half)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 large carrot - shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 hard-cooked eggs - chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- Splash of Lemon juice
- salt & pepper to taste
- Lettuce
Chicken Marsala - Saucy

- 1/2 Cup Dried porcini mushrooms (about 1/2 oz)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 (6 oz. skinless bonless chicken breast halves
- 3/4 tsp. kosher salt - divided
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper2 Tbsp. olive oil - divided
- 1/2 finely chopped onion
- 5 garlic cloves - thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced shiitake mushroom caps (about 4 oz.)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
- 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup unsalted chicken stock
- 1/2 cup dry Marsala wine
- 11/4 cup small fresh basil leaves

- 5 Raw conchs
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Tomato Diced
- 1/2 Sweet pepper - peeled, cored & sliced
- 1/2 Bird pepper
- 1 rib Celery
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 1 Egg
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
Crockpot Cube Steak

Spray the inside of a 3-5 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 6 (about 4 oz. each) beef cube steaks
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 3 c. water, divided
- 1 envelope brown gravy mix
- 1 envelope mushroom gravy mix
- 1 envelope onion gravy mix
