- 8 med. yellow squash
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 c. Half & Half
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon cooked
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs

- 1/2 cup of chopped red peppers
- 1/4 cup regular mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing (use regular - not lot fat, etc.)
