Fruity Salad

If you like the salad a little more liquid, just do not drain the fruit cocktail
- 1 regular container Cool Whip
- 1 pkg mini marshmallows
- 1 large can of fruit cocktail (drained)
- 1 cup sour cream
- Mix fruit cocktail, marshmallows, fruit cocktail (drained) and sour cream. Chill for an hour or more. Enjoy!
Noodles Cabbage & Bacon

Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat
- 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 lb. Bacon
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Small head cabbage, chopped
- 1 dash garlic salt
Pumpkin Bisque - spicy

Warm 2 Tbsp. olive oil in saucepan over medium-high heat
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 chopped onion,
- salt & pepper.
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 can of 15 oz can of pumpkin (not pie fillilng)
- 1 tsp. canned adobo or hot sauce
- 2 cups vegetable broth

Directions: In a large sauce pan, combine the brown sugar, cornstarch and salt; gradually add the milk

- 2/3 C brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp corn starch
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 C milk
- 2 egg yolks, beaten (keep the egg whites for the meringue)
- 2 Tbsp butter (I have also used margarine)

- 1 26 oz pkg Frozen country-style hash brown potatoes
- 2 cups Colby cheese Shredded
- 1/4 cup Onion minced
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Beef stock or canned broth
- 2 Tablespoons Butter melted and divided Garlic powder

- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons, 1 thinly sliced, 1 juiced

1.Boil potatoes until tender or cook in microwave til tender
- Filling
- 2 large Sweet Potatoes
- 1-2 Tbsp Sugar (taste before adding too much) can use Splenda instead
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Crunch Topping
- 1/3 cup melted Butter
- 1/3 cup Flour
