Pumpkin Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1-2/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Walnut - Applesauce Cookies

Mix well flours, baking soda, salt, spices, raisins and walnuts; set aside
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp each - salt, cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup applesauce
Broccoli Salad Recipe

1. Cook bacon and crumble into pieces
- 2 bunches broccoli, florets only (5 to 6 cups florets)
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, cherries or raisins
- 10 to 12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2-1/2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger and onion
- 1-1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 1 can chicken gumbo soup
- 1/4 can water
- 1 tsp salt
- Dash pepper
- 2 Tbls. ketchup
- 1 Tbls. yellow mustard
- Dash - Kitchen Bouqet
Breakfast Croissant Casserole

Split croissants in half and place bottoms cut side up in one layer in a rectangular casserole
- 4 4 4 plain croissants
- 1 1 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 2 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 4 4 4 eggs
- 1 1 1 cup milk
- 1 1 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 1 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Meatballs - Sauce

Mix all together and pour over cooked meatballs
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 1 small jar grape jelly
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
Bruschetta - Tomato Basil

Brush the bread slices lightly on both sides with olive oil and toast in oven until browned - turning once
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 loaf French bread cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 2 large ripe tomatoes, about 1 pound total, trimmed, seeded and diced (1/4 inch)
- 2 tablespoons drained small (nonpareil) capers
- 1 tablespoon cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced lemon zest
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed through a press
- Salt and freshly ground pepper

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup coconut flour sifted

- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 of an 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup fresh raspberries
- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
- Fresh raspberries
