Sprinkle steaks with salt and lemon pepper
- 6 to 8 beef cubed steaks (about 2 lbs)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 cans (4 oz each) sliced mushrooms)
- 1/2 cup dry white or red wine
- 1 mrdium green peppers,chopped (1/2 )
- 1 small onion,chopped (about 1/4 cup)

- 1/4 cup Wesson oil
- 1 frying chicken (2 1/2 to 3 lbs) cleaned and cut into
- seving pieces

Country Casserole Steak

1.Trim excess fat from steak
- 1 boneless chuck beef steaj,weighing about 2 lbs.
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large onion,peeled,sliced and separated into rings
- 1 cup sliced pared carrots
- 1 cup slced celery
- 1 medium-size tart apple or pear,pared,quarted,cored and sliced
- 1 package (6 ozz) smoked sausage links,sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup elbow macaroni,half an 8-oz packagr)
Steak Diane

Trim fat from steak and cut into 4 serving portions
- 1 lb top round steak cut 1/2" to 3/4" thick
- instant meat tenderizer
- 1 tablespoon each butter and vegetable oil
- 1 can (3 oz) B in B sliced mushrooms,drained
- (save butter broth)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 green onions,chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 tesaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon kitchen bouquet
Classic Macaroni and Cheese

Saute vegetable in margarine until tender
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chop[pes pepper
- 2 tablespoon Parkey Margarine
- 1 lb Velveta Pasterized Cheese Spread cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups (7oz) elbow macaroni,cooked,drained
- 1/2 cup (2 oz) Kraft Parmesan Cheese
Baked Pot Roast

Place meat in center of about 2-foot lenght heavy-duty foil
- 4 pounds boneless beef chuck,round or rump roast
- salt and pepper
- thyme
- 2 onions,grated
- 2 ripe tomatoes,peeled,seeded and choppod,or 2 canned tomatoes,drained
Veal Pepper Skillet

Heat oil in laege skillet and brown veal lightly
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 lbs veal stew meat,cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion,quarted and sliced
- salt and pepper
- 1 can (lb) tomato sauce
- 1 can (3 oz) sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoons basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 3 potaoes and cut in 1-inch cubes
- 2 green peppers,seede and cut in 1/2 inch strips

- 1 1/2 cups butter

- 1 (15 oz) can Hunts Tomato Sauce Special
- 1 cup regular rice
- 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen peas,thawed

Mix soy sauce,sherry,1 teaspoon salt,the sugar and pepper,pour on pork pieces
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lb pork boneless steak,cut into 1x1/4 inch pieces
- Vegetable oil
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 can (8 1/2) oz bamboo shoots,drained and chopped
