- 1 can (1 pound) tomatoes,cut up
- 1 teaspoon salt,or to taste
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
Pork Chops With Green Peppers and Pinapple

Brown,pork chops in iol.Season with garlic,salt;add green peppers,pineapple and soy sauce
- 8 thinly sliced pork Chops
- 1 teaspoon oil (optional)

- 2 green peppers,cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 can (13 1/2) oz pineapple chunks,drained
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce,or to taste

South of the Border Chili

In large saucepan,brown beef aand cook onion with garlic until tender
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 medium cloves garlic,minced
- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz) Cambells Tomato Soup
- 2 cans (15 1/2 oz) kidney beans,undrained
- 3 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- Dash pepper
Chicken or Veal Croquettes

Add Chicken,seasonings and parsley to white sauce;mix well
- 2 cups cooked chicken or veal,coarsely chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- dash pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly grated onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 cup cooled White Sauce(recipe follows)
- 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg,slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons water
- Wesson Oil for frying

- 6 potatoes (about 2 1/2 Lbs)
- 1/3 cup vinegar,boiling
- 4 eggs,beaten

- 2 Tablespoons shortening
- 2 cans campbells Cream Of Mushroom Soup)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 6 medium carrots,cut in 2-inch pieces
- 8 small whole onions (about 1/2 lb)1 package (10 oz) frozen whole green beans
- Cooked noodles

Coat cutlets with flour and dip in egg mixture,then in crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese
- 1 to 1 1/4 lbs pork cutlets about 1/4 inch thick
- flour
- 1 egg beaten with 2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 medium onion,chopped
- 1 green pepper,halved and seeded
- 1 clove garlic,minced
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon each basil and oregano
- salt and pepper
