Mix 1 tbs Crisco Oil,2 tsp,soy sauce,and 1 tsp
- 5 Tbs Crisco Oil,divided
- 5 tsp. soy sauce
- 3 tsp. cornstarch,divided
- 2 whole boneless chicken breasts,skinned,cut into 1" pieces
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp dried red pepper
- 1 med. onion,cut into 1' pieces
- 1 clove of garlic,minced
- 1/2 lb broccoli,cut into 1" pieces
- 1 red bell pepper,cut into 1" pieces (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Hot cooked rice
Mini-Turkey Meatloaves

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F
- Cooking spray
- 1 Tb Olive Oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 ⁄2 medium red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 11 ⁄2 pounds lean ground turkey
- 1 small zucchini (6 oz.) shredded (11⁄4 Cups)
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 ⁄4 Cup quick-cooking oats
- One 8 oz. can no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 1 Tb Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tb yellow mustard
- 1 tsp salt

1. Melt the 3/4C chips gently in the microwave or over a pot of simmering water (bain marie)
- 3 ⁄4 cup Ghirardelli® 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Chips (for melting)
- 1 cup plain flour/ all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Ghirardelli® Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup soft brown sugar
- 2 small eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 2 1⁄4 cups Ghirardelli® 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Chips (for mixing)
- 30 large marshmallows
Deep Dish Hamburger Pie

Heat oven to 400.Cook and stir ground beef over medium heat until light brown;drain
- l lb ground beef
- 2 teaspoons instant minced onion
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 can (10 3/4 ozs) condensed tomato soup
- 1 can (16 oz) sliced carrots,drained
- 1 can (12 oz) vacum-packed whole kernel corn

Heat oven to 425.Cook and stir green pepper and onion in hot shortening in 2-quart saucepan until tender
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons shortening
- 1/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 can ( 6 1/2 oz) tuna,drained
- 1 can (8 1/2 oz) peas,drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 3/4 cup shreeded process American cheese (about 3 oz)

- 1 ham bone
- 1/2 lb split yellow peas
- 1/4 lb split green peas
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 sprig parsley
- 2 large onions
- 3 qts water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 T. flour
- 1 T. butter
Transpacific Flank Steak

Mix all ingredients except steak;pour over steak in large plastic bag in shallow pan;tie securely
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic,crushed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 green onion,chopped
- 1 flank steak (1 1/2 to 2 ponds)
