Cheese Tomato Scramble

1.Preheat skillet to 250 degreese
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 10 to 12 eggs ,well beaten
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 cup grated Kraft Natural Cheddar Cheese
- 2 large tomatoes,peeled & diced
- 4 green onions,thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

In a large pot, heat vegetable shortening until a deep-fry thermometer reaches 375 degrees F
- For the Honey BBQ Sauce:
- 2 quarts vegetable shortening, for frying
- 24 whole chicken wings (about 6 pounds)
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons creamed honey

Ham Fettucine

Melt butter in large,heavy skillet over medium heat
- 6 oz (6 slices) Dak Danish Ham,cut into julienne strips and seperated
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 lb fettucine,cooked
- 1 c. heavu cream
- 1 c. freshly,grated Parmesan cheese
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley or fresh basil
Italian Spaghetti Sauce

Cook and stir meat in large skillet or Dutch oven until meat is browned
- 4 pounds ground beef
- 1/4 cups olive oil
- 6 medium onions,finely chopped (about 3 cups)
- 1 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 8 cloves garlic,minced
- 4 cans (16 oz each) tomatoes
- 4 cans (15 oz each) tomatoe sauce
- SEASONINGS
- 3 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 teaspoon pepper

Cover ham bone with water and add the peas,celery and parsley
- 1 ham bone
- 1/2 lb split yellow peas
- 1/4 lb split green peas
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 sprig parsley
- 2 large onions
- 3 qts water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 T. flour
- 1 T. butter

Preheat oven to 375.In large bowl,combine mustard,oil,vinegar and seasoningf,mix well
- 2 cups (8oz) fusilli or rotini,cooked in unsalted water and drained
- 1/4 cup Dijon-styli or prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup vegetible oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Durkee leaf Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Durkee Ground Black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 lbs chicken pieces,fat trimmed
- 1 can (10 3/4 ) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup each zucchinni and yellow squash,cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 can (2.8) Durkee French Fried Onions
- 1 medium tomato,cut into wedges

- 1 can (1 lb) sauerkraut
- 1 onion quarted and sliced
- 1 teaspoon each salt and caraway seed
- 4 poatoes,peeled and quarted
- 4 carrots,cut in 2-inch diagonal pieces

- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 4 1/2 lb Italian sausage
- 3 cans (28-oz) size Hunts whole tomatoes
- 3 cans (8-oz size) Hunts tomato sauce
- 3 cans (6-oz) size) Hunts tomato paste
- 3 whole onions,peeled
- 1 1/2 green bell peppers
- 3/4 lb fresh mushrooms,sliced
- 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dries basil leaves
- 3/4 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 3/4 lb cheddar cheese,grated
- salt
