- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/3 cups ketchup, divided
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 3 tbsp. seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup Cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. onion flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Baked Grouper with Crab

1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese flavored bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped yellow bell pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 (6 ounce) fillets grouper
Chicken, Potato and Leek Pie

- 1 slice smoked bacon, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cubed red potato (about 8 ounces)
- 1 cup chopped carrot
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 3 cups sliced leeks (about 2)

- 2 cups fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 (14.1-ounce) package refrigerated pie dough
- 1 tablespoon fat-free milk

Stuffed Green Peppers I

Directions Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- 4 large green bell peppers, cut in half
- salt to taste
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1 8 oz. can corn
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
- 3/4 soup can of water
Tomato-Potato Salad

Boil potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender when pierced, 8–10 minutes; drain
- 2 1⁄2 lb. red potatoes, peeled, sliced into 1/2-inch-thick rounds
- 1 ⁄4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. minced fresh thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 lb. Campari or cherry tomatoes, halved

- 3 cups cooked chopped chicken

- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1-1/2 T. cornstarch
Shrimp & Chicken Bow-Tie Pasta

- 8 oz. bowtie pasta
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled
- 3/4 lb. chicken, cut into strips
- 1/2 lb. smoked turkey sausage, cut into chunks
- Fresh broccoli, cut into pieces
- 1 onion, largely diced
- Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 red pepper, largely diced
- 1/2 green pepper, largely diced
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1-1/2 T. cajun seasoning
- 1 pkt Knorr's Parma Rosa Mix
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
Lucinda's Chicken Tenders

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
- For the Chicken
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, pounded to even thickness, cut into strips
- 2 cups whole wheat breadcrumbs
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- For the Dressing
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons 2% Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoons chives, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- For Serving
- 4 stalks celery, cut into sticks
- 2 romaine hearts, quartered
- Hot sauce to taste

- 1 cup shredded fresh mozzarella cheese, divided1 cup
- COMBINE:
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs1 cup
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

- 1 can(s) crushed pineapple (20 oz can, drained)
- 1 can(s) jellied cranberry sauce (14 oz)
- 1/4 c golden brown sugar
- 60 small frozen meatballs (beef or turkey)
