  • 4 cloves garlic; chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoon creole seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup pecorino romano cheese; at end on top
  • 1 pound rotelli pasta; cooked
