Lynn's Cajun Shrimp

Cook pasta according to the directions on the package
- 1 pound shrimp; peeled, deveined
- 2 tablespoon tasso or cajum sausage; chopped fine
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 pint half and half
- 1 bunch green onions; chopped, tops, too
- 4 cloves garlic; chopped
- 1-2 tablespoon creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup pecorino romano cheese; at end on top
- 1 pound rotelli pasta; cooked
Punch

Mix all ingredients and chill
- 1 fifth Southern Comfort; 26 ounces
- 3 quart 7 UP
- 6 oz fresh lemon juice
- 6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate
- 6 qt frozen lemonade
Tortilla Soup

Saute onion, chiles, and garlic in oil until soft
- 1 small onion; chopped
- 4-5 fresh green chiles; roasted, peeled, chopped
- 2 clove garlic; crushed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil
- 1 cup tomatoes; chopped
- 10-1/2 oz fat free beef broth
- 10-1/2 ow fat free chicken broth
- 1-1/2 cups Water
- 1-1/2 cups tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chile powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon bottled steak sauce
- 3 corn tortillas; 1/2 inch strips
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese; shredded
Pecan Thumbprint Cookies

Combine the flour and salt and set aside
- 1-1/2 cup flour; sifted
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar; firmly packed
- 1 egg yolks; unbeaten

- 2 egg white; slightly beaten

Stuffed Cabbage

Combine reserved pineapple juice, cranberry juice cocktail and lemon juice in a medium saucepan
- 1 8 ounce crushed pineapple in juice; drained, reserve juice
- 1/2 cup ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Cocktail
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 3 ounce raspberry flavored gelatin
- 1 14 ounce oc whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup celery; chopped
Shrimp Fra Diavolo for Two

- 1 pound shrimp; reserve shells

- 14 ounces whole peeled tomatoes
- 4-1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 garlic clove; minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 anchovy fillets; rinsed, minced
- 2 tablespoon fresh basil; chopped
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley; chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon pepperoncini plus 1/2 teasp brine; minced
