Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola Bars (2017)

Instructions Line a 9" x 13" baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 3 and 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2 cup crispy rice cereal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or almond extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate small chunks or mini chips
- 3/4 cup raisins
French Yogurt Cake

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a loaf pan with oil
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt

- 1 lb chop suey meat
- 1 can of bean sprouts (do not drain)

Herbed Italian Rib Roast

- 1 bone-in beef rib roast (4 to 5 lbs)
- 2 lbs. Yukon gold potatoes, peeled md quartered
- 1 lb. parsnips, quartered

- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tbs dried rosemary, crushed
