- 36 corn tortillas (6 inches)
- 6 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
- 2 cans (one 28 oz, one 16 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 jars (16 oz each) salsa
- 3 cups (24 oz) sour cream
- 3 large green peppers, chopped
- 3 cans (3.8 oz each) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 3 cups (12 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 3 cups (12 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Onion-Garlic Hash Browns Recipe

In a large skillet, saute onion and peppers in butter and oil until crisp-tender
- 1 large red onion, chopped
- 1 small sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 package (30 ounces) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce, optional
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley

- 3/8 cup honey
- 2 tsp salt
- 7 cups flour
- 3 tbs butter, softened
- 1 1/8 cups, packed brown sugar
