In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water
- FILLING:
- 1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
- 1-1/4 cups warm water (110° to 115°)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3-1/2 to 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2-1/2 cups (10 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2-1/2 cups (10 ounces) shredded white cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 pound Johnsonville® Mild Ground Italian Sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 package (3-1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni
- 1 can (15 ounces) pizza sauce
- Grated Parmesan cheese, optional

- Parsley, minced, 1 tbs
- Garlic, minced, 1 tsp
- lemon zest 1 tsp
- Butter, 4 tbs
- Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 cup

- 2 large ripe avocados, peeled, pitted
- 2 cups (or more) purchased thick salsa (mild or medium-hot)
- I head red leaf lettuce, tom into bite-size pieces
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 3 cups broken tortilla chips
- I (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed, drained
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup (packed) grated sharp cheddar cheese

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package
- 6 oz dry pipette or medium shell pasta
- 1 cup fresh green beans, cut into thirds
- 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup small cauliflower florets
- 1 cup quartered and sliced zucchini
- 1 cup each sliced carrots, celery and fence bulb
- 1 cup diced Parmesan
- 3/4 red wine vinegar
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 3 tbs grated onion
- 2 tbs minced fresh garlic
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

- 1/2 tsp minced fresh garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

- 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbs seeded and minced jalapeno
- juice of 1/2 lime
- salt to taste
