Makeover Spinach Salad Dressing Recipe

Combine the first nine ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 4 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- Fresh spinach leaves
Heath Bits Peanut Butter Cookies

Heat oven to 375°. Beat shortening, peanut butter, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl until well blended
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbs milk
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 cups (8 oz) Heath Milk Chocolate Toffee Bits, divided
Skillet Hash Browns

Rinse potatoes in a colander under cold water until water runs clear
- 5 russets potatoes (3 lbs), peeled, coarsely shredded
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 8 tbs vegetable oil, divided
- 2 bunches scallions, greensand whites separated, thinly sliced

- 8 cups old fashion oats
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup honey crunch wheat germ
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup slivered almonds

- 2/3 cup honey
- 2/3 cup canola oil
Crown Roast of Pork

- 1 package (7 -1/2 or 8 ounces) English toffee bits or almond brickle chips
