- 1/2 cup hot water
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp table salt
- FILLING,
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened (12 tbs)
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tbs ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp table salt
- FROSTING
- 4 tbs unsalted butter, softened
- 8 oz. powdered sugar (2 cups)
- 2 tbs whole milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
