Preheat oven to 350°. Line a pie dish with crust; crimp edges
- 1 pie crust
- 4 large egg whites
- 3/4 cup plus 3 tbs sugar
- 10 oz semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped, plus more shaved with a vegetable peeler for garnish
- 3 tbs unsalted butter
- 4 cups heavy cream, divided
- 1 cup coarsely crushed chocolate wafer cookies (such as Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers, divided)
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
Chocolate Chip Walnut Bars

1. Preheat oven to 350°
- Crust
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 (1 stick) cold butter, cut into pieces
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Bars
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup light or dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbs butter, melted
- 1 cup (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Summertime Orzo and Chicken

- 3/4 cup uncooked orzo pasta
- 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 medium cucumber, chopped
- 1 small red onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Stovetop Tarragon Chicken Recipe

Sprinkle chicken with paprika
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5 ounces each)
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 package (10 ounces) julienned carrots
- 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 3 teaspoons dried tarragon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 small zucchini, thinly sliced

- 18 chocolate graham cracker squares, finely crushed (1 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 (8 oz pkg) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate pieces
- 2 tbs milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

- 5 small cucumbers, unpeeled
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt, divided
- 2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened

- 2 tsp. chopped fresh chives
