- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 cups chicken broth

- 2 cups 1/2 & 1/2

- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 3 baked potatoes
- Garnish: green onions, cheddar cheese, bacon bits
