Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding

1. Cream butter and sugar in food processor
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 eggs
- 2-1/2 cups heavy cream
- 15 - 20 croissants, cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces
- 3/4 cup chocolate, chopped

- 2 packages active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water (10-115 degrees)

- 2 teaspoons salt
