- 1/2 lb. deli-sliced corned beef

Orange-Ginger Beef Stir-Fry

TOSS meat with cornstarch in medium bowl
- 1 lb. beef flank steak, cut into strips
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. orange marmalade
- 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/4 cup low-salt soy sauce
