These just might be the best cookies I’ve ever made, especially when they are warm out of the oven
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 bag Heath toffee chips
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Italian Street Corn

Is there such a thing as Italian Street Corn? I'm not sure
- 4 cobs of corn
- Butter
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp dried basil (or 4 Tbsp fresh, minced)
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper
