- My sloppy Joe recipe is my own and I will try to give it to you the best I can:
- I brown 2 pounds of ground chuck with 1 large onion and drain.
- Add a couple of splashes of Worcestershire Sauce, a squeeze of lemon juice, about 2 Tbsp (?) of yellow mustard (I like a lot and am only guessing here) and a lot of ketchup to make it very moist.
- Add 1/2 chopped green pepper, salt and pepper, and bring all to high heat and reduce to simmer for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
Easy Mexican Rice
