- 5 to 6 cups all-purpose flour

- 3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks), softened
- granulated white sugar
- light brown sugar

- GLAZE:
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons milk

1. Mix the creamed corn, corn kernels, milk, eggs, bell pepper, scallions, parsley, and butter in a bowl
- 1 1/4 cups canned creamed corn (sweet corn)
- 1/2 cup corn (sweet corn) kernels, drained
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cups finely diced red bell pepper (capsicum)
- 2 scallions (spring onions) finely chopped
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
