Shrimp Creole II

"This recipe is all about New Orleans
- 2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped green bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Hot cooked rice
ROAST BEEF AND VEGETABLES

PLACE ROAST IN BAKING PAN
- 3 LBS. BONELESS CHUCK ROAST
- 4 C VEGETABLES - CARROTS, ONIONS,
- POTATOES, CELERY, ETC.
- 2 C WATER
- 6 TBS. BROWN GRAVY MIX
- 2 TBS. MINCED ONIONS
- 1/2 TSP. GROUND MUSTARD
- 1/2 TSP. GARLIC POWDER
- 1/2 TSP. ONION POWDER
Crumb Cake

- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Whipped topping and pecan halves, optional

- 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 8 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1-3 cups sifted confectioners sugar
- 1-2 teaspoon vanilla

- Adobo Seasoning:
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons granulated onion
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano

- Sofrito:
- 1 large Spanish onions, finely diced
- 1 medium red bell peppers, finely diced
- 1 poblano peppers
- 3 garlic cloves

- Arroz con Pollo:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili oil
- 4 chicken thighs, bone in, skin on ( I have also used 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts with good results)
- 2 cups long grain white rice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 (12 ounce) bottles beer
- 1 cup frozen sweet peas

- 1 box Betty Crocker SuperMoist Yellow Cake Mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons strawberry preserves
- 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, cut into 24 pieces
- 1 container Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting
- Sliced fresh small strawberries, if desired
Pizza Hut Cheese Bread

Sooo… this is my guilty pleasure I make for myself once a month
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (about 115°F)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup non-fat dry milk
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup melted butter (half for the bottom of the pan and half on top of the breadsticks)
- 8 oz package of mozzarella cheese
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, salt & pepper (to taste)
