Cheeseburger Pizza on French Bread

"Combine two family favorites--burgers and pizza--in a mouth-watering main dish that goes from start to finish in l
- 1 loaf French bread, unsliced, 1 lb
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped, about 1/2 cup
- 1 jar pizza sauce, 14 oz
- 1 tomato, seeded, chopped (1 cup)
- 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ........................
- NOTE: You can also use half mozzarella cheese and half shredded Cheddar cheese. You can use the barbecue sauce of your choice in place of the pizza sauce.
Homemade Caramel Sauce

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pinch of kosher salt
1-2-3 Chocolate Microwave Mug Cake

In a 1-1 1/2 cup microwave safe mug, blend cocoa, sugar, and flour together
- Optional:
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 2-3 tablespoons sugar (according to desired sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, such as canola
- 3 tablespoons egg white or plain Egg Whites in a carton
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

- 1 teaspoon chocolate chips
- As a variation, substitute almond extract for the vanilla.
- Also, you can change the chocolate chips to any flavor chips you'd like.

- 1 cup butter (no substitutes), softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup ground almonds (about 3 ounces), toasted
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
