Strawberry Cream Cheese Danish

These are so simple to make with refrigerated crescent rolls and they look really pretty without much effort
- 3 cans refrigerated crescent rolls (you can use less, you'll just have leftover cheese filling)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- Strawberry preserves (use any flavor you like)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons milk
Pulled Pork (Crock Pot)

- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or granulated
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

I’d never thought about making my own whipped topping before, but the idea was intriguing
- 1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
- 2 tsp. cold water
- 3 Tbs. boiling water
- 1/2 cup ice water (I put the cubes in water for several minutes, then scooped them out, leaving 1/2 cup water.)
- 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
- 3 Tbs. sugar
- 3 Tbs. oil

Strawberry season is winding down, so I thought I would offer up a yummy strawberry dessert
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups sliced strawberries (plus more for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 8-oz package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Dash of nutmeg
- 1 8-oz container Cool Whip
- Extra berries and melted dark chocolate chips for garnish
