"I developed this recipe from an asiago cheese bagel recipe
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 cup pizza cheese
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 3 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
- 1 egg whites
- 4 tablespoons cornmeal
