  • 1 medium onion (I didn't use all-aobut 1/2)
  • 3 celery ribs, chopped (I used about 2)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 quart half and half cream
  • 2 cans(10 3/4 oz.) cream celery, undiluted
  • 2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen green beans, cut up into 2 in. pieces
  • 1 can (14 3/4oz) cream style corn
  • 4 medium potatoes cut into 1/2 in. cubes (I used more, about 5)
