lbs. hamburger, cooked and drained

15 oz. canned stewed tomatoes
1/2
½ of a green pepper
1/2
½ of a red pepper
1/2
½ of an onion

cans chili beans – I use the spicy kind

packages of Williams chili seasonings
Salt & pepper

Put all together and simmer. I think the key is…the longer you simmer the better. I have added jalapeños, more or less of the peppers and onions depending on taste. At our house we prefer it a little thicker. It seems to vary every time we make it, but very simple and always yummy
