Preheat Oven For 350 degrees
- 2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 16oz Sour Cream
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (or more!)
- 1 pack frozen tatter tots
Chicken Enchilada’s

In small bowl combine the soup & sour cream then set aside
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chili peppers, drained
- 8 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Country Breakfast Skillet

In a large skillet, fry up the bacon until crispy, remove to a paper towel lined plate and roughly chop when cooled
- 4 strips of bacon
- 1/2 lb. ground sausage
- 2 1/2 C. frozen Southern diced hash browns
- 2 T. butter
- 1/2 C. chopped red bell pepper
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Meatball Subs w/Oven Fries

Place ground sirloin in a large mixing bowl and punch a well into the center of meat
- Minute Marinara Sauce:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup (3 handfuls), Italian bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons (several drops) Worcestershire sauce,
- 1/4 cup (a couple of handfuls) flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup (a couple of handfuls) grated Parmigiano or Romano
- Coarse salt and black pepper
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, (2 turns around the pan)
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- A handful flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped, about 2 tablespoons
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 (28 ounces) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (14 ounces) can chunky style crushed tomatoes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 semolina crusty sub rolls, with or without sesame seeds
- 1 (10-ounce) bag (2 1/2 cups) shredded provolone or Italian 4-cheese blend
- Shredded basil (sweet) or shredded arugula (spicy) leaves, for garnish
- Oven Fries:
- 4 medium white skinned potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges lengthwise
- Extra-virgin olive oil, to coat
- Grill seasoning blend or coarse salt and black pepper

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups ground pecans

HEAT oven to 400ºF. COMBINE tomatoes, stuffing mix and garlic just until stuffing mix is moistened
- 1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.)
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Biscuit CINNAMON Rol

Spray a fluted pan with non-stick spray
- 2 small tubes refrigerator buttermilk biscuits OR 1 tube Pillsbury Grands buttermilk biscuits
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 C. pancake syrup (any brand you like, I used Mrs. Buttersworth)
- 1/3 C. packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 C. chopped pecans, optional
- 1/4 C. chopped almonds, optional
Cuban Flank Steak

Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 beef flank steak (2 lb), cut into 8 pieces
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 cup Progresso® beef flavored broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 2 cups uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 1 can (15 oz) Progresso® black beans, drained, rinsed
