Grilled Barbecued Pork Medallions

Mix marinade ingredients, add pork and let stand 20 minutes
- Marinade:
- 2 lbs. pork tenderloin, fat removed and meat sliced in 1 1/2 inch medallions
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sherry wine
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, smashed and chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped ginger
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Chocolate Bundt Cake

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease and flour 12-cup fluted tube pan; set aside
- 1 package (18.25 ounces) chocolate cake mix
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 2 to 3 teaspoons instant coffee granules dissolved in 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon milk
Oven Roasted Potatoes, Good Season's

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
Mini Pear Brie Bites

Heat oven to375. Grease or spray 24 mini muffin cups
- 1 can (8 oz..) Pillsbury refrigerated Crescent Dough Sheet
- 1 pear, peeled, finely chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 round (8 oz.) Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 24 (1/2-inch) chunks
- 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
Teriyaki Chicken Thighs

- 8 large chicken thighs, skinned if desired (about 2 lbs.)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 5 scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Chicken Stroganoff (Slow Cooker)

Put chicken, margarine and dressing mix in slow cooker; mix together and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed
- 1/8 cup margarine
- 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
Death by Chocolate

Prepare brownies in a 9- x 13-inch baking pan according to package directions; allow to cool completely
- 1 (19- to 21-oz) brownie mix, prepared according to directions
- 1/4 cup coffee-flavored liqueur (or 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/4 cup leftover black coffee, or leave out completely)
- 2 (3.9 oz.) packages instant chocolate pudding, prepared according to directions
- 8 Heath bars, coarsely crushed
- 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
