Oven Roasted Potatoes, Good Season's

  • 8 to 10 red potatoes, cut into 1/4's if small, or 1/8th's if larger
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 package Good Season's dry salad dressing mix
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh-ground pepper
  • Garlic or rosemary, optional



Step 1

Throw potatoes in bag and toss with olive oil to coat. Add dry dressing, close bag and shake. Spread onto cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for at least an hour, turning two or three times, until crispy and tender. Add garlic or rosemary if desired. Remove from oven, sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan and ground pepper to taste.
