Chocolate Coca-Cola Sheet Cake

Stir together first 3 ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup coca cola
- 1 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa (1/3 cup)
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup coca cola (1/4 cup)
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 (16 oz.) package powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Corn Chowder (Knorr Leek Soup Mix)

Cook diced vegetables together, not adding salt, in very little water, for 3 minutes only
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup green onion, using tender green stems (just above bulb)
- 1/2 cup Knorr Leek Soup Mix
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 large can cream style corn
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
- Milk, if necessary
Chicken Cordon Bleu (Slow Cooker)

Mix together the cream of chicken soup and milk in a small bowl
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 4 ounces sliced ham
- 4 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package herbed dry bread stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Beef and Barley Stew with Roasted Vegetables

Roasting the vegetables before adding them to the soup gives them a major floor boost
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 1/2 lbs. boneless beef chuck roast, tried of excess fat and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (1 medium)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 4 medium red or yellow potatoes, cut into 1-inch chucks
- 4 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch chucks
- 1/2 cup regular barley
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley (optional)
Sour Cream Bundt Coffee Cake

Cream together sugar, butter and vanilla
- Filling:
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup nuts, finely chopped
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Icing:
- 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons warm milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- dash of salt

Catfish Allison

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup (1/4 stick) butter, softened
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 4 ( 6 oz.) U.S. Farm-raised catfish fillets
Cucumber Salad

- 2 average sized cucumbers, preferably long and slender, sliced very thin with slicer
- salt
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 teaspoons sugar

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained and broken up
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Minestrone Soup

- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 5 carrots, sliced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 4 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine (optional)
- 1 cup canned kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can green beans
- 2 cups baby spinach, rinsed
- 3 zucchinis, quartered and sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup seashell pasta
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated for topping
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
