- 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 2 tbsp chicken broth
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup goat cheese - (1 1/2 oz)
- 8 slices french bread
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 7 oz smoked rainbow trout
- 2 tbsp roasted pistachios
Lamb Tagine

Mix lamb, apricots, prunes, garlic, spices and bay leaf in large slow cooker
- 1 lg sweet onion, sliced
- 2 lb boneless leg of lamb or lamb stew meat, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 cup each dried apricots and prunes
- 1 tbsp each minced garlic and pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can tomato paste
- 3 med sweet potatoes, scrubbed
- 1 box couscous
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
Mixed Greens with Pears, Goat Cheese & Fig Vinaigrette

Combine vinegar and figs in saucepan over high heat, bring to a boil
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced bosc pear
- 1/4 cup goat cheese
- 6 tbsp fig vinaigrette-(as follows)
- 1/2 cup basalmic vinegar
- 5 dried figs
- 6 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp minced shallots
- 1 tsp minced fresh thyme
- 1 garlic clove-minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Caramel Toffee Cake

- • 12 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
- • 1/2 cup Smucker's® Caramel Spoonable Ice Cream Topping
- • 1 (16 oz.) prepared angel food cake
- • 6 (1.4 oz.) toffee candy bars, chopped

- 1 1/2 cups chopped green onions, divided
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 6 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
- 1 cup matchstick carrots
- 3/4 cup julienned cut red pepper
- 3/4 cup " " yellow pepper
- 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Peanut Sauce

Place peanut butter in bowl, add water and stir, add rest of ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 med garlic cloves-minced
- 1 tsp cider vinegar

- 30 Oreo cookies
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup veg oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Frosting (I like buttercream)
Crunchy Coleslaw

Mix all dressing ingredients, keep seperate until ready to serve
- Dressing:
- 1 lb coleslaw mix
- 2 pkg beef ramen noodles, crushed & toasted
- 1 cup sunflower seeds-toasted
- 1 cup sliced almonds-toasted
- 1 bunch green onions-sliced
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 2 pkg ramen seasoning
Christmas Crack

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, and line a 10" x 15" with foil (the kind of sheet that has raised edges!)
- 1 sleeve saltine crackers
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 package chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

- pinch salt and pepper
