In small mixer, beat cheese until fluffy, gradually add milk, then peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 14 oz sweetened cond milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
Easy Crescent Samosas

Saute onion and garlic in oil, add all other samosa ing, stir
- Honey sauce:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 sm onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 cups cooked diced potatoes
- 1 cup cooked diced carrots
- 1/2 cup canned sweet peas, drained
- 5 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp dried cilantro

- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 dash red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 8 oz pkgs crescent rolls
- 1/3 cup honey

Grilled Pizza - 3 Ways

Alton Brown's recipe
- Dough - Enough for 3 (16-inch) round pizzas:
- 16 ounces all-purpose flour, plus extra for peel and rolling
- 1 envelope instant or rapid rise yeast
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 10 ounces warm water, approximately 105 degrees F
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus 2 teaspoons for bowl
- 1 tablespoon malted barley syrup
- Margherita topping - Enough to top 1 (16-inch) round pizza:
- 1 large tomato, cut into 1/3-inch thick slices
- 5 to 7 teaspoons olive oil, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2-ounce grated Parmesan
- 1 1/2 ounces part skim mozzarella, shredded
- 4 to 6 large basil leaves, shredded
- Date and prosciutto topping - Enough to top 1 (16-inch) round pizza:
- 3 1/2 ounces fresh mozzarella, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices

Sunshine Bean Casserole

Put drained beans in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish, mix, set aside
- 1 can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 can lima beans, drained
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp cumin powder, optional
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar or red wine
