Instructions Place the mushrooms in a large bowl of water
- 8 ounces button mushrooms
- 1 medium yellow onion, peeled
- 1 large green or red bell pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds beef sirloin
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Spicy Chicken Nuggets (Chicharrones de Pollo)

1 Prepare marinade, stirring together lime juice, rum, soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl until sugar has dissolved
- 1/4 cup dark rum
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- Vegetable oil (canola oil, grapeseed oil, peanut oil or other high smoke point oil)

Sift together flour, baking soda and salt
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 3/4 teaspoon grated orange zest

- 3 pounds ground turkey
- 1 cup Italian seasoned dried bread crumbs

- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

- • 2 tablespoons drained capers
- • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
