LEMON-BLUEBERRY CHIFFON PIE

- Ingredients:
- Crust:
- 1-1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 5 Tbsp butter, melted and cooled
- Filling:
- 1 pt blueberries
- Zest from 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp powdered gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 5 eggs, separated
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar, divided
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of cream of tartar
- Topping:
- Whipped cream or whipped topping
- 1 Tbsp reserved berry purée (from filling)

In a large saucepan, bring water, butter and salt to a boil

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
