  • Béchamel Sauce
  • 5 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup grated swiss cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh nutmeg

  • 1 . Melt butter then stir in flour.
  • 2 . Slowly add milk and bring to a low simmer and stir until thickened, about 8-10 minutes.
