BECHAMEL SAUCE AND EGGS

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2
- Béchamel Sauce
- 5 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1 cup grated swiss cheese
- 1/4 tsp. fresh nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- 1 . Melt butter then stir in flour.
- 2 . Slowly add milk and bring to a low simmer and stir until thickened, about 8-10 minutes.
- 3 . Remove from heat and stir in swiss cheese, season and let cool.
