Slow Cooker Chex Mix!!!

Directions: Add cereal, pretzels, cheerios and peanuts to the bowl of a slow cooker
- Ingredients:
- 9 cups Chex cereal (I used equal parts corn, rice, and wheat Chex)
- 2 cups pretzels
- 1 cup Cheerios
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1/3 cup (6 Tablespoons) butter, melted and hot
- 1 Tablespoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

- 1 pkg egg roll wrappers
- 1 jar pickle spears
- 1 pkg thin sliced ham, beef or turkey
- 1 pkg cream cheese
Garlicky Shrimp Alfredo Bake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 10 oz. penne
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. medium or large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 c. plus 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped (about 1 cup)
Low Calorie Crunchy Cauliflower

◾Break cauliflower into florets
- 1/2 Head of Cauliflower Florets (4 cups)
- 2 Cups Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
- 1 tsp Taco Seasoning ( or your favorite blend )
- 2 Free Range Eggs – Beaten
- 1 Tsp Mustard
- Oil Spray
- 1 Tbs Creamed Horseradish
- Freshly Ground Sea Salt and Black Pepper

- 3/4 cup Almond Milk
- 15 about 15 ice cubes
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1-2 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa powder

Spaghetti Squash Bake

DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 400°F
- 1 spaghetti squash, halved lengthwise and seeds removed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup (8 ounces) 1% cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated parmesean cheese
- 3 tablespoons seasoned dry bread crumbs

Dill Cucumber Salad

- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt (I used greek yogurt)
- 1 cucumber peeled and sliced
- 1 medium to large tomato (sliced then cut in quarters)
- 2 slices onion (sliced then cut in quarters)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 - 1 tsp dill
- Salt to taste

- 8 lasagna noodles cooked to AL den ta
- 1/2 lb hamburger (I mixed sausage and gr beef)
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 Jar spaghetti sauce of your liking
- 1 sm can mushrooms chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic or powder (whatever u like)
- dash of crushed red pepper flakes.
- 2 c mozzarella finely shredded
