Better-Than-Panda Homemade Orange Chicken

Cube the chicken into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- zest of 1 orange
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
Curry Honey Mustard

- 1/3 c yellow mustard
- 1 T mayo
- 1 t yellow curry powder
- 1/4 handful of cilantro, chopped
- 1-2 t honey

Coconut Curry Jasmine Rice

Melt butter in a medium saucepan
- 1 1/4 tablespoons butter $
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 cup jasmine or long-grain rice
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 1 cup light coconut milk*
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 bay leaf

Basic Pizza Dough

1. In a large bowl combine all sponge ingredients
- Sponge:
- 1 pkg (2 1/2 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water (105 *F to 115*F)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- Dough:
- 1 sponge (recipe above)
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
Fried Rice

On medium high heat, heat the oil in a large skillet or wok
- 3 cups cooked white rice (day old or leftover rice works best!)
- 3 tbs sesame oil
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
