- Whole Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 cups (24 fluid ounces) whole milk
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar (can be replaced with 1 1/4 cups (420 g) maple syrup, or 1 cup (336 g) honey)
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- Evaporated Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 cans (24 fluid ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups (300 g) granulated sugar (can be replaced with 2 cups (670 g) maple syrup, or 1 1/2 cups (505 g) honey)
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- Dairy-Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 can (about 14 fluid ounces) canned (not low-fat) coconut milk
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar (can be replaced with 1 1/4 cups (420 g) maple syrup, or 1 cup (336 g) honey)
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

1) Cream butter & shortening
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup Crisco vegetable shortening
- 1 pound powered sugar (4 cups)
- 1-2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp milk
Cajun Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Cook fettuccini “al-dente” according to package directions, stirring often
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lbs.)
- 1 1/2 Tbs. Cajun blackening spice (like Paul Prudhomme’s brand)
- 2 Tbs. butter, divided
- 1 Tbs. olive oil (or more if needed)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 C. (1/2 pint) grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 C. dry white wine (or chicken broth)
- 1 1/2 C. heavy cream (or half-and-half)
- 1 1/2 C. good quality, freshly grated Italian cheeses (I like a blend of Asiago, Parmesan, and Fontina.)
- 3 oz. herbed goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp. kosher salt (or more, to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper (or more, to taste)
- 1 pound cooked fettuccini
- Pinch of ground nutmeg, for serving
- Chopped parsley, for serving

- 2 tablespoons (18 g) cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- FILLING
- 1 tablespoon (7 g) unflavored powdered gelatin
- 1/4 cup (2 fluid ounces) water
- 2 cups (16 fluid ounces) heavy whipping cream, chilled

Candy Bar Apple Salad

In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes
- 1-1/2 cups cold 2% milk
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 4 large apples, chopped (about 6 cups)
- 4 Snickers candy bars (2.07 ounces each), cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Slow Cooker Cheesy Bacon Ranch Potatoes

Cook the bacon until it is just done but not too crisp
- 4 Medium sized potatoes or 6-8 small red or yellow potatoes
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound bacon, 1 pound makes it that much better
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package dry ranch seasoning packet
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
Simple Garlic Quinoa

Fry minced garlic in 2 teaspoons of olive oil in bottom of saucepan
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp chicken or vegetable oxo or 1/2 cup broth
Baked Fries with Rosemary-Lemon Salt

Place all ingredients into a spice grinder and pulse to combine

- 1/4 cup coarse sea salt
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 8 russet potatoes, cut into wedges (we like them to be long and thin for quick baking)

1. Peel Grapefruit and place peels, olive oil and ginger slices into a small saucepan over medium heat

- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 8 thin slices of Ginger
- 3 Tbsp fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
