- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

- 2 jars (6 oz each) marinated artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 3 lg cloves garlic (chopped fine)
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 1/2 packs of cream cheese (room temp)
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 cup grated parmesan or ramano cheese
- 1 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
Honey Mustard Chicken

- 1/3 cup dijion mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsps chopped fresh dill or 1 tbsp dried dill
- 1 tsp freshly grated orange peel
- 1 (2 1/2 lb) chicken, quartered

- 1 tsp baking soda

- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 packet beefy onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 lb stew beef
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
