Tangy Meatballs

2/3 cup A1 sauce 2/3 cup salsa 1 1/2 lb ground beef 1 egg 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Mix ingredients and form 1 inch balls
- bake at 350 until done (juices run clear)
- Extra sauce = A1 + salsa
Apple Tart

- 3 Granny Smith apples
- little lemon juice
- little sugar
- tsp cinnamon
- milk and butter mixture
- 1 1/2 C flour
- tbsp sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 stick butter
- chilled water
Peanut Butter Truffle Brownies

Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- Brownie Base
- 1 box (1 lb 2.4 oz) Betty Crocker® Original Supreme Premium brownie mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
- Filling
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons milk
- Topping
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons butter
Biscuits and Sausage Gravy

First prepare the biscuits
- FOR THE BISCUITS
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick cold salted butter, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 3/4 cup cold 2% milk
- FOR THE GRAVY
- 1 pound bulk breakfast sausage or links with casing removed
- 1/2 cup flour
- 4 cups 2% milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- cayenne (optional)
Pasta Carbonara

- 3 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano (2 oz), plus more for sprinkling

Red Wine Short Ribs

In slow cooker, whisk the red wine, tomato paste, gravy mix, salt, pepper, and thyme
- 2 Cups dry red wine
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 packet (6oz) au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 8 shallots, halved
- 8 beef short ribs (3 lbs)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley (optional)
Perfect Pumpkin Pie

1. preheat oven to 425. With wire whisk, beat pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt
- 1 15oz can pumpkin (2 cups)
- 1 (14 oz) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp groung ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 (9 in) unbaked pie shell or deep dish pie shell

Dill Pretzels

- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 pk Hidden valley ranch dressing
- 4 Tbsp dillweed
- 3 or 4 cloves garlic minced
Pumpkin Dip
